How do you put your service on seasonal/vacation hold?


To be placed on Seasonal/Vacation Hold, you will need to either text us at 66554 or call us at 800-332-0245.

You’ll have to meet these requirements to place your service on hold

  • Account must be current
  • Seven-day advanced notice required
  • Available for a one-time use within any 12-month period, for a minimum of 2 months, and a maximum of 6 months

Additional details

  • The seasonal program is only available for customers who are NOT home during the seasonal time period since we suspend services.
  • Changes to services are not allowed while on the seasonal plan
  • Services are suspended so in the event there is a periodic visit, it will not work.
  • Available in all areas except DE, FL, GA or NC.
