To monitor your data consumption, please use the following instructions.
- Open the Eero App
- Tap on Activity near the bottom of the screen
- Tap on where it says Downloaded or Uploaded data
From here you can view the total usage by all devices, a single device, or by profile. Near the top of the screen, you will be able to view it by day, week, or month.
Please note that for Cable TV subscribers, the data usage displayed in the Eero app may differ from the usage meter in the Mediacom Mobile Care app. This discrepancy is due to the Eero including data from Mediacom IP TV, which does not count towards your monthly Internet data allowance.
