How do I reset my Mediacom ID password?

Resetting your Mediacom ID password is easy!
- Go to Mediacom's website and click on My Account in the upper right corner
- Click on Forgot Password
- Enter your Mediacom ID and your Two Factor Authentication phone number
- Select Text Me or Call Me and click Continue
- Enter your new password
- Enter your Two Factor Authentication code
- Success! You have changed your password and can go back to the log in page!
