Question: Why am I not getting emails in my Mediacom inbox?
Answer: If you are not receiving email, here are a few items you should check.
- Is your mailbox full? To check, hover your cursor over your name next to the search bar.
- Sort your email from Newest to Oldest to ensure you are viewing the most recent emails.
- Check your email preferences to see if your emails are being forwarded.
- Check for active filters: Preferences > Filters > Active Filters
