Visual Voicemail is a feature available on many smartphones that streamlines voicemail management. Instead of dialing a voicemail service and listening to messages sequentially, Visual Voicemail displays a list of messages, allowing users to choose which ones to listen to, delete or archive directly from their device’s screen. It enhances the voicemail experience by offering a more user-friendly and efficient way to interact with voicemail messages.

With Mediacom Mobile service, you can seamlessly use Visual Voicemail. This feature enables you to interact directly with messages, providing options such as listening, deleting, saving or even reading transcriptions of the messages in text form.

Here are the steps to set up Visual Voicemail:

You must first set up your voicemail password/PIN to access Visual Voicemail.

For Android devices:

Open the phone app > Select the three dots in the right upper-hand corner > Click Settings > Select Voicemail > Visual Voicemail

Once activated, Visual Voicemail can be accessed from the phone app > Voicemail tab > Select the voicemail message to view the transcription

For iOS devices:

On iOS, Visual Voicemail is automatically enabled following voicemail setup. To access the Visual Voicemail message:

Open the phone app > Navigate to the voicemail tab > Select the voicemail message to view the transcription
