Transitioning to Mediacom Mobile with your current mobile number? We’ve got you covered! Here’s some helpful guidance to assist you in locating your account number and PIN from some of the most popular carriers:


Assurance Wireless

– Account number: Obtain your Assurance Wireless account number by calling their team at 888.321.5880.

– Transfer PIN/Passcode: Your 6 or 10-digit PIN chosen during signup. Verify details by contacting Assurance Wireless customer service at 888.321.5880 if needed.

 Astound Broadband

– Account number: Retrieve your Astound Broadband account number by calling 1.800.427.8686 or logging into your account at [astound.com](https://www.astound.com/).

– Transfer PIN/Passcode: Obtain your Astound Broadband account number by calling 1.800.427.8686.

Astound Mobile

– Account number: Get your Astound Mobile account number by calling their team at 1.800.427.8686.

– Transfer PIN/Passcode: Your Astound Mobile PIN can be provided by their Customer Support team at 1.800.427.8686.

AT&T

Dial *PORT (*7678) to request a Number Transfer PIN

With the myATT app
1. Sign in using your AT&T wireless device.
2. Go to your profile and select Profiles & Permissions.
3. Scroll to Transfer phone number and select Request a new PIN. Your Number Transfer PIN will display on the screen.

1. Go to your myAT&T profile.
2. Choose Profiles & Permissions.
3. Select Wireless.
4. Scroll to Transfer phone number and select Request a new PIN. Your Number Transfer PIN will display on the screen.

Boost Mobile

– Account number: Typically located in the top center of your bill and online account.

– Transfer PIN: Last four digits of your SIM card. If unknown, contact Boost at 1.888.266.7848.

Cellcomm

– Account number: Available on your invoice.

– Transfer PIN/Passcode: Call 1.800.236.0055 or dial 611 from your Cellcom device. Port out details can be requested by the Financially Responsible Person (FRP) or Level 1 user of the account.

Comcast / Xfinity Mobile

– Account number: Sign in to My Account or find it on the top-right corner of your bill.

– Transfer PIN: Your Xfinity Mobile PIN may be the last four digits of your SSN. Obtain it online: Navigate to Devices, select the number to transfer, scroll down, and choose “Transfer your number, cancel this line” for instructions.

Consumer Cellular

– Account number: Found in your online account or by calling Consumer Cellular at 1.888.345.5509.

– Transfer PIN: The last four digits of your SSN or an alternative PIN is 0000. For porting assistance, call Consumer Cellular’s porting line at 1.888.750.5519.

Cricket

– Account number: Located in your online account or by contacting Cricket at 1.800.274.2538.

– Transfer PIN: Your PIN is your Authorization ID, created during online account setup. If forgotten, call Cricket at 1.800.274.2538.

Dish Wireless

– Account number: Contact customer support at 1.800.333.3474 or visit [Dish Contact](https://wwwprod.dish.com/contact).

– Transfer PIN/Passcode: Contact customer support at 1.800.333.3474 or visit [Dish Contact](https://wwwprod.dish.com/contact).

FreeMo

– Account number: Contact customer support at 1.800.335.5852 or write to support@getfreemo.com.

– Transfer PIN/Passcode: Contact customer support at 1.800.335.5852 or write to support@getfreemo.com.

Google Fi

– Account number: In the app, go to the Account tab, tap Manage Plan, select Cancel Service, follow the steps, and choose “Transfer your number to another carrier.” Your account number and passcode will be displayed in the app after cancellation.

– Additional Help: Contact Google Fi Wireless.

Google Voice

– Account number: Your 10-digit Google Voice mobile number.

– Transfer PIN: Use the PIN to access voicemail from another phone. For assistance, contact Google Voice at 866.246.6453. Note: Porting may take 5-7 days.

Lively

– Account number: Log into your Lively account, go to ‘Account Settings,’ and find the ‘Port Out Information’ section.


– Transfer PIN/Passcode: Dial #7678 from the phone to receive a text message with your 6-digit PIN. Contact Lively customer service at 800.733.6632 for assistance.

Lyca Mobile

– Account number: Contact Lyca Mobile Customer Service at 1.866.277.3221 for your 11-digit account number.

– Transfer PIN/Passcode: Your 4-digit CIP number, usually sent via SMS during registration on the Lyca website. If unknown, contact Customer Service at 1.866.277.3221.

Metro

– Account number: Visit MetroPCS.com, tap My Account, select Payments, and choose any month. Alternatively, find it in bill reminder texts sent monthly.

– Transfer PIN: Typically your birthday, unless changed. If unsure, contact Metro PCS at 1.888.863.8768.

Mint

– Account number: Retrieve it through Mint’s live chat by typing “Account number” and choosing the prompt “To port out.” Call 213.372.7777 for assistance. Also available on bills or online account.

– Transfer PIN: Dial 611 from your Mint Mobile cellphone or call 213.372.7777. Find the account number on bills or in the online portal.


Net10

– Account number: Same as IMEI. For Apple: Settings > General > About > IMEI. For Android: Settings > About Phone > Status. Dial #06# for IMEI. Contact NET10 at 1.877.836.2368 to verify.


– PIN: NET10 doesn’t use PINs; use 0000 if required. Contact NET10 at 1.877.836.2368 to confirm.

Optimum Mobile

– Account number: Available in your Optimum Mobile account settings.

– Transfer PIN/Passcode: Dial 866.200.7186 or 611 from an Optimum Mobile phone. The transfer PIN, valid for 7 days, will be sent via email and text. Contact Optimum at 866.200.7186 or dial 611 for help.


PureTalk

– Account number: Contact PureTalk’s customer support at 1.877.820.7873 for your 12-digit account number.

– Transfer PIN/Passcode: Contact PureTalk’s customer support at 1.877.820.7873 for your PIN.

Qlink

– Account number: Usually in your Qlink account settings.

– Transfer PIN/Passcode: Available in your Qlink account settings. Contact Qlink at 1.855.754.6543 for assistance.

Reach Mobile

– Account number: Dial 844.445.3665 between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm EST (Monday to Friday) or email reach@reachmobile.com, available 24/7.

– Transfer PIN/Passcode: For your Reach Mobile PIN, dial 844.445.3665 between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm EST (Monday to Friday).

RedPocket Mobile

– Account number: Your 10-digit mobile number.

– Transfer PIN/Passcode: The last four digits of your RedPocket Mobile number.

Republic Wireless

– Account number: Your 10-digit mobile number.

– Transfer PIN: In your online account portal under Account Settings. If unsure, contact Republic Wireless at 1.800.368.4268. Ports may take up to 7 business days, with a 72-hour window after the port-out request.

Simple Mobile

– Account number: Contact Simple Mobile at 1.877.878.7908 for your account number and port-out confirmation.

– Transfer PIN/Passcode: Text ‘NPP’ or ‘NTP’ to 611611 to receive the 4-digit Transfer PIN.

Sprint

– Account number: Typically found at the top center of your bill or your online account.

– Transfer PIN: Call-in passcode for customer service, set up or changed in your online account. If inaccessible, call Sprint at 1.888.211.4727.

Straight Talk

– Account number: Typically, the IMEI/MEID of the phone, or if BYOP, the last 15 digits of the SIM card.

– Transfer PIN: In My Account, select Update personal profile and then Current Security PIN. If blank, call Straight Talk at 1.877.430.2355.

T-Mobile

Only the Primary Account Holder will be able to generate a Temporary Port Out PIN.
T-Mobile app
1. Download and log in to the T-Mobile app.
2. Select Account, then select Profile Settings.
3. Choose Line Settings, then select Request a transfer PIN.
4. Follow the on-screen directions.
T-Mobile.com
1. Log in to T-Mobile.com.
2. In the top right corner, select My Account or your name.
3. Choose Profile, then select Line Settings.
4. Select Request a transfer PIN, then select Get a transfer PIN.
5. Follow the on-screen directions.
Please note: While text messages are normally very quick it can sometimes take up to 24 hours for the message with your Temporary Port Out PIN to be received during extreme cases. Please wait before requesting a new PIN. You can only receive a maximum of 8 PINs in a 24-hour period.

Tello
 
– Account number: Contact Tello customer service at 1.866.377.0294.

– Transfer PIN/Passcode: Use 0000 as a placeholder PIN/passcode.

 Text Now

– Account number: Your 10-digit Text Now mobile number.

– Transfer PIN/Passcode: Default PIN is 1234. To initiate porting, access the app menu, select ‘My Account,’ choose ‘Number Porting,’ and tap ‘Port out your number.’

Ting

– Account number and Transfer PIN: In your online account, select Account settings, scroll to the bottom, and choose Port Out information. For help, contact Ting at 1.855.846.4389.

Tracfone

– Account number: The full 20 digits of your Tracfone SIM card number.

– Transfer PIN: The last four digits of your Tracfone SIM card number.

Total Wireless

– Account number: Your Total Wireless account number is your phone’s IMEI/MEID.

– Transfer PIN: Default PIN is 0000 unless changed. If unsure, contact Total Wireless at 1.866.663.3633.

 Twigby

– Account number: Obtain over Live chat on Twigby’s website or self-find at twigby.com/signin/login, Account Summary tab.

– Transfer PIN: Obtain over Live chat on Twigby’s website or self-find at twigby.com/signin/login, Account Summary tab. If not listed, use 1234.

Ultra Mobile

– Account number: Top left corner of your online account management portal.

 – Transfer PIN/Passcode: Last four digits of your Ultra Mobile mobile number. If portal access is unavailable, call 1.888.777.0446 for assistance.

US Cellular

– Account number: In your online account or call US Cellular at 1.888.944.9400.

– Transfer PIN: Last four digits of your SSN. If unsure, contact US Cellular at 1.888.944.9400.

US Mobile

– Account number: Provided by US Mobile Customer Service via chat, email (help@usmobile.com), or phone at 611 or 878.205.0088.

 – Transfer PIN: US Mobile usually doesn’t require a PIN. Try 1234; if unsuccessful, contact US Mobile Customer Service.

Verizon

 Dial #PORT (#7678) from your smartphone
1. If the My Verizon app is installed on your device, you’ll be directed to the Number Transfer PIN screen in the app. If the app is not installed, you’ll be directed to the Number Transfer PIN screen on your mobile browser.

Request a Number Transfer PIN online – Navigate to the Verizon Number Transfer PIN page and click or tap Generate PIN. Your PIN and Account Number will display on the screen.

Virgin

– Account number: Top right corner of your bill. If unknown, contact Virgin Mobile at 1.888.322.1122.

– Transfer PIN: Typically, the account holder’s birthday in a six-digit format unless changed. Contact Virgin Mobile at 1.888.322.1122.

Visible

– Account number: Chat via text at 99370, Facebook message (Visible Mobile on Facebook), or tweet @VisibleCare.

– Transfer PIN: Chat via text @99370, Facebook message (Visible Mobile on Facebook), or tweet @VisibleCare.

 WOW mobile

– Account number: Typically found in your account settings.

 – Transfer PIN/Passcode: Found in your account settings.

Spectrum Mobile

To generate a Transfer PIN:
1. Sign in to Spectrum.net or the My Spectrum App using your Spectrum username and password.
2. Select Services, then select Mobile.
3. Choose a line on your account.
4. Scroll down and Select Transfer PIN.
5. Choose a contact method to receive your passcode.
6. When prompted, enter the passcode and select Continue.
7. Your Transfer PIN will appear on screen.
Your six-digit Transfer PIN is only usable for 72 hours.

Walmart Family Mobile Prepaid

– Account number: Dial #225#<SEND> to view the account number.

– Transfer PIN: Account on your phone. If unsure, call Verizon Prepaid at 1.800.922.0204.

West Central Wireless

 – Account number: Found in account settings or on top of the bill.

– Transfer PIN/Passcode: Found in account settings or on top of the bill. For additional support, visit the [West Central Wireless Contact Page](https://www.westcentral.com/contact) or contact them at 1.800.695.9016 or customerservice@wcc.net.

Wing

– Account number: Call Wing on 1.888.800.9921 or live chat at wingalpha.com.
