Before you can install the eSIM from Mediacom, you need to delete your current eSIM profile. Here's how:
For iPhone:
Open Settings.
Tap on Cellular (or Mobile Data).
Select the eSIM you want to remove.
Tap on Delete eSIM and confirm your choice.
For Android:
Open Settings.
Go to Network & Internet (or Connections).
Tap on Mobile Network (or SIM Manager).
Select the eSIM you want to delete.
Tap on Delete SIM and confirm your choice.
