US Tennis Open-Google ImagesUS Tennis Open-Google ImagesGood afternoon to all my tennis lovers out there! It's time to talk US Open Tennis Championship or more commonly know as the US Open! The event kicked off on August 19th and is already well underway and will run through September 9th

For those of you who are not familiar with the event, it will feature players from all over the world in men's singles and doubles, women's singles and doubles, mixed doubles, as well as various junior and senior matches. The event was started in 1881 and originally only featured men's singles and doubles. Women's categories were added in 1887 and 1889, and mixed doubles in 1892.
