Yes you can disabled this by going to your account on mediacomcable.com. Click Settings>Select Privacy>Then Toggle off the Pre-roll ads.

Hbos token expires and makes you log out then back in to "verify" your subscription periodically. If that doesn't solve your issue, please call and a ticket will need to be entered to get resolved.
