Slow response with TIVO remote when accessing GUIDE on TV

Is it normal for it to take  15-20 seconds when accessing the GUIDE for the TV listings to appear?

I just got a new Tivo cable box today and it seems much slower than the older box I turned in.

I appreciate any feedback.

The guide information comes over the Internet, so make sure your internet is running good. I suggest rebooting your modem by disconnecting the power cord for about one minute. When it is back online, reboot your Tivo the same way. Then connect to Tivo Service by going to the menu and Settings & Messages, Network Settings, TiVo Service Connection. That should get your guide loaded as quickly as possible.
