I live in NYC and would like to know my options to keep my service in my rental home in DE. Is there a seasonal plan and how much? Will I have internet still?
Quick Hint:- You need to be on a Mediacom IP to reach the CommPortal site (https://mediacomcable.com/voice/). It does not work on mobile phones nor other wifi networks.

After an outage, you should try resetting the modem if your service wasn't automatically restored. If the online modem "online" light doesn't come on after doing that, a technician will have to repair the connection.
