CANNOT FIND BILLING TAB

When I log into my Mediacom account, the billing info (i.e. amount due, due date...) does not show up on my dashboard. Has anyone else had this issue?

Hello Queenie. That will happen if you are not signed in with your owner or admin email account. To fix it, sign in with your owner email account, go to settings, then ID Management, and then change the "Role" of the account you want to have access to billing info to "Admin."
