If the email account is not in the ID Management panel of your account dashboard, it must be associated with a different account number. Customer service can investigate that for you.

Hi Joe. I recommend you check to see if you can access the internet on a different device. If you can't, reset your internet modem by disconnecting the power cord for a minute or two, and then try to connect again.
Recording support is not available unless you still have a Tivo. The industry trend is towards online streaming, where content is always available online using network TV apps or " over-the-top" services like Netflix and Hulu.
