Email safe sender

I  run a small business who has many customers that use Mediacom email. I send invoices and statements via email and have customers who are unable to receive them due to Mediacom blocking them from receiving them. Any help with this for my customers would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Liz

Hello dfick1,

To ensure that your Mediacom customer's receive all your emails without any issues, I recommend them adding your specific email address or domain to their list of trusted senders in their Mediacom email account. Here’s how they can do it:

  1. Log in to your Mediacom email account through the webmail portal.
  2. Navigate to the Preferences section.
  3. Look for the Trusted Addresses option.
  4. Click on Add to include a new trusted email address or domain.
