Why will mediacom not forward this message?

I have recently gotten this message several times when trying to forward an email. Thought it might have to do with the content of the email, but this one was I was trying to forward was from Mediacom!

Subject:     FW: Your statement is ready

The following recipient(s) cannot be reached:

Any ideas?

AUP is an "Acceptable Use Policy" and may be occurring because the information in the email is considered confidential.
