Why will mediacom not forward this message?

I have recently gotten this message several times when trying to forward an email. Thought it might have to do with the content of the email, but this one was I was trying to forward was from Mediacom!

The following recipient(s) cannot be reached:

Any ideas?

AUP is an "Acceptable Use Policy" and may be occurring because the information in the email is considered confidential.

Because they are using Zimbra.com to host our email and thier spam blocking software is configured horably and Mediacom cant do anything about it.
