Your Mediacom ID is a key component for accessing all Mediacom has to offer. With it, you can log into your online account, access the MediacomConnect MobileCare app, the Xtream TV App, TV Everywhere, and to sign up for Total Defense.

How Do I Create a Mediacom ID?
- Go to https://support.mediacomcable.com/#!/Registration and enter your Mediacom billing account number (You can find your account number at the top of your statement).
- Enter your Name, existing email address, a password and phone number (this will be used for two-factor authentication).
- If you are using and existing email address, you will receive a verification email in your inbox. The email account must be verified before you are able to sign in.
