Every year during the first week of October, Customer service agents across the country gather to celebrate customer service week and Mediacom is no exception. Agents gather for games, food, fun, and several awards ceremonies to honor the best representatives the company has to offer across the company! Mediacom recognizes agents and areas across the company for a variety of different categories including System of the Year (given to our top technical team), Bronze, Silver, and Gold awards for various departments including Customer Service and Technical Support, Total Care, and Commercial (just to name a few). Overall 196 awards were given out to honor the outstanding agents that continuously go above and beyond for our customers.
Mediacom has always strived to go above and beyond when providing as many facets of support and knowledge as possible for customers all across our service areas.
