We here at Mediacom Support would like to thank you for your continued patience while we are working to restore service to all our customers that are still impacted from the damage caused by Hurricane Helene. Crews continue to work through the damage Helene has caused and more customers are being restored every day.
The damage caused by Helene for our Valdosta area was particularly devastating, not only to Mediacom but other utilities as well. We understand this process can be long and frustrating and your continued understanding and patience is appreciated more than you can know. We anticipate more customers to be fully restored this week as well.
We understand that you are unable to use our service during this time, and we will be crediting those affected by Hurricane Helene in the coming weeks.
