Free Community Wi-Fi Hotspot

To assist people with staying connected, we have temporarily opened our Community Wi Fi hotspots for complimentary use in Valdosta, GA. Please click here to browse our listing of Xtream Hotspots to find one in your community.

Eero Internet Backup

If you are a WiFi360pro customer you have access to eero Secure Internet backup which means, if severe weather impacts your internet connection, you can use a back-up network (e.g., mobile/phone hotspot) to keep critical systems on your WiFi network connected! (Note: Internet backup requires an electrical, generator, or battery power source, and an alternate network connection such as a cellular service.) To learn more about eero Internet Backup, click here.

Mobile Customers

In preparation for Hurricane Helene, Mediacom Mobile has implemented emergency disaster relief protocols to enhance your Mediacom Mobile data service for no additional cost during this weather emergency. To apply the changes, please restart your device. If you have any questions or issues, please contact Mobile Support at 855-699-6655.

Important Safety Reminders!

Please never attempt to climb poles or attempt repairs of downed cable lines as you risk severe injury or death as our cable lines often accompany electrical lines which carry high voltage.

In many instances we must wait for storm restoration crews to address electrical hazards and remove tree debris before we can begin work to our lines and equipment.
