I used up all 3,000 recordings allowed and no longer can record. Help please?

You can manually delete clips using the app and/or the customer portal – BUT – that does not change our monthly allowance of 3,000 clips. So until you reach the 30-day mark (from date of first recorded clip) you will not be able to save additional clips to the cloud.
I would also offer that you should adjust whatever rules set up to reduce the number of recordings being triggered.
