After switching to a different internet provider, how long do I have access to my mchsi email?

I have a computer customer that has switched to a different internet service provider. Her concern is with people she knows still using her mchsi email address.

So, I am wondering how long she will be able to use that account to access newer email before Mediacom cuts off access to that email?
