Planned outage

We can all tell the difference between planned and unplanned outages. Mediacom has all our email addresses and mobile numbers, why can't we be notified that there will be a 10 hour outage the night before so we can plan accordingly? You know ahead of time, you are sending a crew. Let the commoners know so we can adjust our work schedule. Shutting off internet at 9am and saying it will be back on at 7pm with no notice is bull#%-+:

Thank you for providing this feedback. I have forward your request to management. Hopefully this is something that can be implemented in Molli, email notices or the Mobile Care app
