We can all tell the difference between planned and unplanned outages. Mediacom has all our email addresses and mobile numbers, why can't we be notified that there will be a 10 hour outage the night before so we can plan accordingly? You know ahead of time, you are sending a crew. Let the commoners know so we can adjust our work schedule. Shutting off internet at 9am and saying it will be back on at 7pm with no notice is bull#%-+:
