Outage

Seems to be an outage problem in Ardmore, Al area for hours now. Can’t get troubleshooting page or outage map to come up as it seems to have issues on the website too. Texting gets the response of an issue in your area and will text you when it’s over. Would be nice if you sent service area customers that are having problems a ETA of the outage and confirm something is wrong. No reason with many means of notifying customers that a curtesy message isn’t sent out especially for the price we pay. This is getting ridiculous!

There was some maintenance work being done overnight in this area. Typically we do send out alerts about our outages and maintenances. Our automated system, out of respect for traditional waking hours, does not send alerts between 9am and 9pm CST. In addition to checking in with our automated system via text or call, I recommend logging in and checking the app or website as well. 

If you are still having issues with the service, I would recommend power cycling the modem and any routers/eeros if applicable.
