There were some Mediacom workers at our apartment complex on the 17th doing something with the lines. Well after they left we realized we didn't have service so my husband looked out back and our line is cut in half! They just left it like that! So when I called to report it I'm told they cannot get anyone out here until the 22nd! We're supposed to go 5 days without service because of something they did! There's no number for our local office so I just have to take the representatives word that they sent the info over to our local office! As much as we have to pay every month and this is what we get! UNACCEPTABLE!!! I'm going to try to find a number for their corporate office and complain to them as well!

Internet has been out since Friday. Checked everything. Then went and opened the box in the yard and my line is freshly cut. It appears I'm the only one that has service in this box, they other lines are disconnected or were cut a long time ago. Neighbor just told me they were out at their box across the street Friday. Like wtf was the reason to cut the line and take the end. My service is on auto pay and is up to date. Guess it's time to switch to Starlink.
