Configuring my Mediacom modem/router - Technicolor

Why can I no longer get into my modem settings using: https://homewifi.mediacomcable.com/prime-home/control-panel/login

I have tried different browsers but generally get an internal error code 500

This is what I have used on the past to set up the 2.4/5ghz networks quite awhile back. I can't get in to change my passwords or make any other change I would like to. I was told by 1 Mediacom employee that I need to call them if I want to change anything now. Is anyone else having this issue?

Hello DAR. You should be able to access your wireless settings on the standard home networking by logging in to your Mediacom account at http://support.mediacomcable.com/Services
