DOCSIS light amber

Recently, my Sagemcom Fast 3896 modem upstream indicator changed from green to amber.  According to documentation that means the DOCSIS changed from 3.1 to 3.0.  While everything worked as usual, I did have a need to reconnect one of my Arlo cameras back to my 2.4 ghz network and it will not connect.  Mediacom tech support has been onsite but couldn't offer any advice.  Arlo tech support is pointing to my network as usual.  Seems very conincidental that this problem happened right after the DOCSIS change.  Thoughts?

Hello @PenniJa. I don't think it is related because the DOCSIS light indicates the performance of the network outside of your home (WAN), and you are experiencing connectivity problems on the network inside your home (LAN). If your WIFI network settings aren't allowing a device to connect, I suggest resetting any changes you may have recently made to their default settings.
