i am sorry to hear about your issues. Have you tried some basic troubleshooting steps like checking connections, power cycling, your modem, ect?

no matter how many times a person tries this , the connection does the exact same thing doesn’t stay connected, it’s not stable or reliable that’s the problem seems like a scam no wonder the company’s rich.
