Is there a promo code I'm supposed to use to get Peacock for free for 6 months with the XUMO box? I got my XUMO box setup and created an account on Peacock but they charged me $7.99. When I started creating the Peacock account (on the XUMO box), it even said I was getting it at no charge for 6 months!!!

Hello @Phil. To activate the Peacock promo on your device, follow these steps:
1. Sign in to Peacock on your Xumo TV and cable box or your Xumo Stream Box.
2. Use your mobile device or computer to sign into https://peacocktv.com.
3. Go to the Account page and select your cable provider under the “Link Provider” option.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to link your Peacock account. Once completed, you’ll be able to access your Peacock Premium account.

Sean, I followed your instructions and there is no "link provider" option that I can find in the account settings for my Peacock account. I did a live chat with an agent and this is the transcript of the conversation:

According to Xumo support, the Xumo box must be purchased. Since I got the Xumo box free from Mediacom, I am not eligible for the 6 months free of Peacock. This was not made clear to me when I initially signed up. I would like for Mediacom to credit my account for the $7.99 charge from Peacock.
