Personal Arris SB8200 modem firmware push from Mediacom supporting Aggregation

Hello,

I have a personal Arris SB8200 modem that does not display the option to aggregate the 2 - 1gbit LAN connections into an LACP connection, after contacting Arris I was told that Mediacom would have to provide a push firmware that would enable this option within my modem.   How can I attain that firmware update from Mediacom?

Hello @Griff2 . Unfortunately, Mediacom does not support link aggregation. But we can update your modem to our latest firmware. Email Totalcare@mediacomcc.com to have the firmware updated. Thank you- Sean
