Registering a complaint here.

I have the 100 mb internet service. It is more than adequate for my needs. Very happy with it. 

Then I get an email from Mediacom that the 100 service is being discontinued and I will be upgraded to a faster speed. All well and good until It says I have to pay more for this increase that I don't need.

So my monthly bill is going up for something I didn't ask for and don't need.

It can be frustrating when the products change. But your monthly rate will remain the same until your promotion expires. By then, a new promotion or product may better suit your needs.
