Did you receive that message via an email? Are you logging directing into the webmail server or using a 3rd party email server?

Hi, I'm having this issue also, but it's for connection to IMAP in both Outlook and Apple Mail.  For Apple Mail, I'm getting a certificate error pointing me to a different server.  Is this server/certificate "njtozpxv11.mcomdc.com" actually belonging to Mediacom?  My server setting is mail.mediacombb.net/993 and smtp.mediacombb.net/587.  This started happening a coupel of months ago.  I am still able to reach the webmail portal, mail.mediacombb.net. 

Please advise!
