How Do I Transfer My Service with Mediacom?

Answer

Transferring your service with Mediacom is easy! Text "Transfer" to 66554 or call 855-633-4226 to make the arrangements*. You will need the following to complete the transfer: Your new address, with zip code, your current account information, i.e., account phone number or account number, your disconnection date for your current location, and your connection date for the new location. Please note that if you are receiving the Affordable Connectivity Program discount, you will need to call and speak to that department at 855-330-6918. If we are not able to service your new home, we would be happy to connect you with a resource that can try to assist in the transition.
