Transferring your service with Mediacom is easy! Text "Transfer" to 66554 or call 855-633-4226 to make the arrangements.
You will need the following to complete the transfer:
- Your new address, with zip code
- Your current account information, i.e., account phone number or account number
- Your disconnection date for your current location
- Your connection date for the new location
Please note, if you are receiving the Affordable Connectivity Program discount, you will need to call and speak to that department at 855-330-6918.
