How do I sign in with my TV provider for streaming apps like Max, Starz, Cinemax, and Showtime?

1. Double check that you have the correct Mediacom ID and password handy. If you are unsure of your Mediacom ID or password, please feel free to contact us. (Please note that it may take up to 24 hours to be able to log in to the apps once the premium channels have been placed on the account)
2. Download the app you are looking to use on a supported device and it will bring you to the log in page. Instead of directly signing in or creating account, there will be an option to sign in with your TV provider.
3.After clicking "sign with TV provider", search and select Mediacom
4. It will take you to a log in page to enter your Mediacom ID and password.
5. Once you enter your credentials, it will ask you start setting up your profiles and viewing preferences
6. You are ready to start watching all your favorite shows and movies!
