Outage wires down: we just had a tornado, why is mediacom not indicating outages here? Need help

Called days ago, but could not get to a person. The system claimed they knew there was a problem, yet your online outage map claims there are no problems. I have a downed line here as do my neighbors. I need this fixed now.
