Mediacom makes it easy and convenient to make a payment. We provide several different options on making a payment. Here are different ways you can make a payment.
If you plan on using your online account, the MediacomConnect MobileCare App, or VanillaDirect PayTM you will need your Mediacom ID.
What is VanillaDirect Pay?
VanillaDirect Pay™ allows Mediacom customers to make a CASH payment for their bill at participating retailers such as:
You will need to generate and present a barcode to any of the participating retailers.
The code is generated on our support site (online billing) or from the MobileCare App.
This program is ONLY for cash payments towards your Mediacom account.
Payments can be made in amounts of $1 to $500.
There is a fee of $1.50 per payment.

Hello jjames, As long as it is the email associated to your Mediacom account being used as your login, such as the one you used to login to this page, then that should work,
