Hurricane Helene UpdateHurricane Helene Update

 Hello,

Valdosta Customers: Massive rebuilding efforts continue for the Valdosta area. Some areas are requiring total or partial rebuilds in order to restore services to our customers. In House techs, contractors, and construction team members continue to monitor and restore as those damages are repaired.

Hazlehurst, Ray City, Nashville, Lakeland, Hahira, Adel, Pearson, and Naylor Customers: Our crews and construction team are continuing to assess damages, replace large infrastructure pieces, and work to restore each area. We are seeing more and more services restored with each passing day as critical damages are repaired and demolished equipment is rebuilt.

To assist people with staying connected, we have temporarily opened our Community Wi Fi hotspots for complimentary use in Valdosta, GA. Please click here to browse our listing of Xtream Hotspots to find one in your community.

Mobile Customers

In preparation for Hurricane Helene, Mediacom Mobile has implemented emergency disaster relief protocols to enhance your Mediacom Mobile data service for no additional cost during this weather emergency. To apply the changes, please restart your device. If you have any questions or issues, please contact Mobile Support at 855-699-6655.

Credits for the loss of service

Mediacom will be crediting those affected by Hurricane Helene and those credits will continue to be applied until services are restored. You will be seeing those in the coming days on your statements
