Digital Home Service With Mediacom

I got MCC's Digital home service and have some questions:-

1) What is my username to get into the app?

2) I forgot my password; how do I reset it?

Your Username is typically your preferred email address. However, to retrieve both Username and Password:- 

• Go to alarm.com
• Hit 'login' at the top right
• Press the 'login help' tab.
