Anyone else having issues lately with the internet not being reliable. Seems like it goes out at least 10 times a day. Seriously thinking of switching providers.

Thanks for reaching out, Dscott. If you are experiencing problems throughout the day you can always report it through the Mobile Care app as well as view any known outages or maintenances that may be being worked on nearby. Alternatively, you can also SMS text 'OUTAGE' to 66554 to view any known issues or report a problem if you prefer not to use the app.

Same here. I'll contact so-called "tech support" and they will escalate it but we never get a call back. This is the sorriest ISP it has ever been my displeasure to deal with.

I always get the same answer we will have to send a tech out. How many times does it take before you fix the actual problem
