Bad Node for Several Months

We have been dealing with severe upload issues and random complete outages for several months now. We have been told by two techs now that they are doing repairs on our node that should resolve our issues.  This has been severely impacting my kids online classes (they are homeschooled with online classes),  telework, and most critically VTCs with my daughter doctors out-of-town.  I want to know why I'm paying $120 for this completely unreliable service. We had great reliable service since 2007. Then last spring our internet went down for over a month without warning which caused my kids to have to drop out of online school. We barely got an apology and now we feel like it's happening all over again. As usual there is no communication on what is happening What is going on and when will it be fixed?!?!?

I sent the email as requested and got a reply the next day and nothing since.  The connection was okay for one day and and is now back to being barely usable. We finally had to pull our kids out of online classes AGAIN. I'm normally an easy going patient person since I've worked in IT support but I'm beyond words with this unacceptable situation your company had once again put my family in. 

It has now been almost a week and still no updates on what is going on with our connection. Our download fluctuates between 2 or 3 Mbps up to around 500Mbps, but even when it is faster our connection is almost worthless as upload goes from .5 down to zero. We have a video conference with an out-of-town doctors for our daughter in a few weeks, wondering if we will have a reliable connection by then. Or do we have to go to a friend's house like we had to do for our kids first day of school this year? If this is not resolved within the next week I will be making a complaint to the FCC, something I should have done last year.
