Hi. 

I got my internet downgraded so that it was cheaper. This was back in June. Then my bill was the same in July and still no change in August. I had contacted Mediacom in July and they said it will take a couple billing cycles. However, I just received my bill that will be due Sept 4th…still no change. I am angry. If I call they will just bs with me again and claim they changed it when they haven’t.
