While I understand that the internet, by its nature, will go down from time to time but this is getting ridiculous. Over the last 30 days, the internet has gone down (in SW AL) for extended periods of time (10-12 hours) far too often. I work from home so this internet is key. I cannot have a service that is unreliable. There's never any explanation and the paltry 'credit' you give us for the down time does not make up for lost wages. I IMPLORE you to figure this out so that you can actually be the premier internet service provider in my area. AT&T is going to give you a run for the money just on the simple fact of reliability.
