We have had no Internet issues until the past month or so a new Internet competitor put lines in our neighborhood (Marion Iowa). We can barely use the Internet at this point. I am hardwired and literally can't stream, work, surf the Internet without it going out every ten minutes.
At this point I'm going to have to switch as no one can figure out the issue. Did you guys just give up to the competition? I'd rather not go through switching but I'm sick of paying for no service! It seems to be a neighborhood wide issue but it is marked as working fine when addressed. HELP!

Hello Caitlynbee. If no outages are posted for your location in the Mediacom app, I recommend scheduling a service appointment. A technician can determine the problem and repair it.
