Internet outage in Burlington iowa? As of last afternoon?

How do I find out when the Internet will be fixed? I'm at work but my son texted me that it was down since about 4 PM yesterday

The internet has been off/on for me for the last several weeks. It's never out long enough to take down notes and send something off to Mediacom, but always long enough to disrupt a video feed or interrupt a Teams call. Are there upgrades going in place? Storm issues?

When the internet is up and running it works very well, but the constant dropouts has me second guessing continuing the service.
