Can I bring my Phone?
• Yes, you can bring your phone.
• The device must be unlocked and compatible with the network.
How do I know my phone is unlocked?
• We are unable to verify if a phone is locked as it's a contract between you and your
carrier.
• To find out if your device is locked, you will have to contact your current carrier directly.
• If your phone is locked, an unlock request can take up to 72 business hours to complete.
Do we support eSIM?
• Yes, we do. An eSIM compatible device is required.
Can I bring in my current number?
• Yes, of course! To port your number, you will need your current carrier’s account
number, transfer PIN and billing ZIP code.
What is my account and PIN number?
• You will need to contact your current service provider’s Customer Support department so
that they may provide you those details.
• If you are streaming for multiple hours, you may not receive proper communication
regarding your data usage limits until you stop streaming and allow for the app to sync,
showing exceeded data requiring an upgrade or additional data to be purchased.
