Simple Troubleshooting Steps

Inbound/Outbound Call Issues:

  3. Reset network settings on your phone if the above steps don’t resolve the issue.

Wi-Fi Calling Issues:

  1. Ensure you have adequate cellular signal strength. If it’s weak, walk or move to an area with better coverage.
  2. Restart your phone by powering it off and on.
  3. Reset your modem/router if needed, ensuring your Wi-Fi connection is operational.
  4. Toggle Wi-Fi calling on your phone.
  5. Make sure your phones software is up-to-date, typically go to your phones settings, general, and software update.
