I do, and it worked great! I traveled to Asia and could call home in Florida over any wifi connection. I believe there may also be an international calling function, but it costs $$. I went the free route.
Hello @me1. I suggest telling your friend to check their spam folder for missing emails and review their filters to see if the emails are being redirected to another folder.
@Skids1 Mediacom VOIP phone service is not supported on modems other than those issued by Mediacom. There is a slim chance it might work, but they will have to test it themselves. Modems Provided by Mediacom
