For security reasons, email is unavailable when attempting connection from servers outside the country. Mediacom cannot provide a secure connection to protect the integrity of our system and your account. Many options are available from other international email providers; unfortunately, Mediacom is not one of those. You can attempt to access through a VPN connection that will connect from a server in the United States. That is my workaround! I hope that helps.
